
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will email you immediately.
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Priority Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen service.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate. You can track your package through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the selected carrier.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Hotrails and Hellcats is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, liability shifts to the carrier. If your package appears lost,
damaged, or stolen:
- File a claim directly with the carrier.
- Retain packaging materials and photos if applicable.

Shipping Limitations
Some oversized or restricted items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping, contact us directly.
